I opet čokolada. Već svi znaju koliko sam slaba na nju. Stižu dobre vesti – čokolada može biti korisna po naše zdravlje! :) Pogotovo ona sa min. 70% kakaoa, pa ako još tu dodate pojačanje u vidu lešnika, badema, borovnice, brusnice…to dodje kao užina zdrava za rad srca, i štiti od stresa. Čak se preporučuje i mlečna čokolada, ali u jutarnjim satima kada je metabolizam najbrži; i jedna tabla bonžite/welnessa posle treninga, da bi se nadoknadile izgubljene rezerve šećera iz organizma.
Šta čekate sad, pravac po svoju kockicu omiljene čokolade, bez krivice! :)

It prevents heart attack and stress. It's also good to eat milk chocolates in the morning, because then metabolism works faster. Prvi zdravi način da uživate u čokoladi - otopite crnu čokoladu sa jednom kašičicom meda i putera, i to neka vam posluži kao umak za komadiće banane i oraha.
