In previous post you had a chance to see and to get inspired with beautiful photos of delicious cupcakes, and in this one, as promised, I bring you my recipe for choco cupcakes. They are amazing! :)

Recept: Čokoladni cupcakes
Za testo (24 komada):
200 ml kisele pavlake
Ganache krema:
500 ml slatke pavlake
250gr tamne čokolade
1. Pomešajte kakao i vodu. U drugoj posudi pomešajte brašno, prašak za pecivo i so.
2. Maslac i šećer stavite na paru dok se sav maslac ne otopi, pa kada dobijete jednoličnu smesu skinite s pare i mešajte mikserom dok se ne ohladi (5-6 minuta). Kad se ohladi dodajte jedno po jedno jaje. Zatim dodajte mešavinu vode i kakaa i dobro izmešajte. Zatim pomalo dodajte suve sastojke, i na kraju dodajte kiselu pavlaku.
3. U kalupe za muffine stavite papirnate korpice. Punite kalupe najviše do 3/4 visine. Pecite na 180 stepeni oko 20 minuta. Ostavite da se potpuno ohlade.
4. Za ganache kremu ugrejte slatku pavlaku (ne treba da provri). U posebnoj posudi izlomite čokoladu pa dodajte ugrejanu slatku pavlaku i mešajte dok se čokolada ne otopi, i dobijete jednoličnu smesu. Moja je preporuka da kremu napravite prvu i ostavite u frižideru na par sati dok ne ispečete muffine. Takodje je možete malo izmiksati kada se ohladi kako bi bila čvršća.
5. Na hladne muffine priborom za ukrašavanje nanesite kremu, pospite mrvicama i uživajte. :)

Recipe: Choco cupcakes
For dough (24 pieces)
90gr cocoa
170gr hot water
375gr flour
2 table spoons baking powder
1 table spoon salt
250gr butter
350gr sugar
4 eggs
200ml sour cream
For Ganache cream
500ml cream (the one for whipped cream)
250gr dark chocolate
1.Mix cocoa with water. In other container mix flour, baking powder and salt.
2. Melt butter with sugar on steam, until it’s combined. Then mix it until it’s cool (5-6 minutes). Once it’s cool, add one egg at time. Then add cocoa and water mix, and combine it well. At the end, mix in dry ingredients and sour cream, combine.
3. Fill in muffin mold, max ¾ of height. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Let them cool.
4. For ganache – warm up cream and mix in it chopped chocolate, until it’s evenly combined. You can make this cream first, and let it cool in fridge until you’re done with muffin dough.
5. Decorate cooled muffins with cooled cream, and enjoy! :)
